There are many benefits to having a personal mobile trainer who will come to you to train you rather than you having to go to the gym. You can have the trainer come to your home or meet them at a park if you want to get out and enjoy the fresh air. When you are busy rushing to and from work, you really don't need another appointment to travel to the gym.
Mobile personal training may seem rather more costly than you would like, but remember that you don't have to pay gym fees. Often you join a gym only to find that you then also have to hire a trainer to teach you how to use the equipment. Then if you get sick and miss a few weeks you don't get any money back on the cost of your subscription. Another pertinent point is that often those gyms are full of people and that means there are many different body odours as people start to sweat as they exercise.
